In order to ensure the smooth operation, security and improvement of our services, Oplan shares information with a select circle of partners, suppliers and trusted organizations.

They are authorized to process this information on our behalf, in compliance with our privacy policies as well as all privacy and security requirements.

The table shows the third-party service providers that Oplan uses for its product and business operations, as well as how Oplan uses their applications and what information is shared with or collected by these providers.

Google cloud platform (GCP)

GCP provides Oplan servers and document hosting services.

All content uploaded by users (files, images) is hosted by GCP. The application code is hosted on GCP servers, but no personal information is stored there.

Microsoft Azure

SendGrid allows us to send automated updates or messages (account confirmation) by e-mail to teachers and students.

SQL

Allows us to store and organize data securely.

All user data, messages and product events are stored here. All stored personal data is encrypted at standstill, and transfer is also encrypted.

Quickbook

Hubspot

Hubspot allows you to create landing pages to collect leads for new users. What's more, it acts as a CRM and for automatic e-mailing during customer acquisition.

As part of the investigation following a bug report or other support request, and the resolution of the bug where appropriate, Classcraft team members collaborate with Slack messaging, and in doing so may share with each other the email addresses of the people submitting requests and the content of those requests (e.g., bug reports, other requests for the support center, and information retrieval requests by teachers and schools).
